1. Eligibility & Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Mavens HQ services.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing services.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
  • Unauthorized or abusive use of our services (including spamming, illegal activities, or misrepresentation) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

2. Services Provided

Mavens HQ provides a suite of digital services and products, including but not limited to:

  • Access to HighLevel CRM sub-accounts and automation workflows.
  • AI-powered applications and tools developed under our “One Prompt, One Code” methodology.
  • Training programs, mentorship, and community support.
  • Proprietary website, funnel, and app generation frameworks.

We continually improve and expand our offerings, but we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • All purchases, subscriptions, and service fees are final.
  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Refund Policy, which states that all sales are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy of your specific plan.
  • You authorize Mavens HQ to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property & Patent Protection

  • All software, code, applications, training materials, branding, and proprietary systems—including but not limited to the “One Prompt, One Code” / Single-Block Self-Contained Code methodology—are the exclusive intellectual property of Mavens HQ.
  • Portions of our technology and code frameworks are patent-pending and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any Mavens HQ intellectual property without prior written consent.
  • Any unauthorized use of our systems, including attempts to replicate or misappropriate our patent-pending technology, will be subject to legal action.

5. Confidentiality & Data Usage

  • We handle personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You agree not to misuse or share confidential information gained through access to our systems, including community, client, or partner data.
  • Any violation of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and potential legal consequences.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Mavens HQ provides tools and strategies to support business growth but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.
  • Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the last 12 months.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms.
  • Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.
  • Upon termination, your access to CRM sub-accounts, AI apps, and digital assets will be revoked.
