1. General Policy on Refunds
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Once an account has been created, activated, or access to our products/services has been granted, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- HighLevel CRM sub-accounts
- AI apps and digital tools
- Software licenses
- Digital downloads
- Online training and certification programs
- Any digital assets, services, or accounts once delivered, created, or logged in at least once
- Immediate Delivery of Value: Our services often involve instant provisioning of access, which means value is delivered as soon as the purchase is complete. Due to this, refunds cannot be accommodated once your product or account has been set up.
2. Intellectual Property Protection
- Our apps, codes, workflows, certifications, and training modules are tied to our proprietary framework and pending patents, including the “Single-Block Self-Contained Code” methodology (Mavens Code).
- Because these solutions are intellectual property, they cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods.
- Once access is granted, we cannot revoke knowledge, downloaded content, or prevent duplication, which is why refunds are not possible.
3. Copy & Usage Disclaimer
- By nature of digital distribution, there is no way for us to trace, monitor, or guarantee that a user has not copied, replicated, or continued to use our applications, certifications, workflows, or intellectual property after access is provided.
- To maintain fairness and protect our innovation, we cannot issue refunds once a product has been delivered, created, logged in, or accessed.
4. Exceptions to the Policy
- Refunds may only be considered under very limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate billing caused by a technical error.
- Payment made in error before account creation, delivery, or product access.
- These requests must be made in writing within 24 hours of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By completing a purchase with Mavens HQ, you:
- Acknowledge that all digital assets, HighLevel CRM services, certifications, and AI applications are final sale.
- Understand that there is no refund once access is granted, the asset is delivered, the account is created, or login has occurred.
- Agree that you are purchasing proprietary tools and services protected under intellectual property and patent filings.
